EB8810

Hi everyone

I have a chancellor watch with an EB8810 movement that seems to be missing a movement ring and so movement and back float around.

I cannot find a replacement so may have to make something.

I take it the ring should look something like the bad drawing below? The only thing I cannot understand is what stops the ring coming out with the backplate?

Can anybody help?

You want something like these, can be trimmed to size.
