Casio AD-300 (1320) running slow

Recommended Posts

Hi guys.

So the other day I got home a AD-300 and yesterday I got myself some new batteries. CR1616 for the Illuminator module and a 370S as replacement for the 371 for the time module.

so at 8pm I adjustet the time and now at 7.20 I've lost 3,75 hours.

But the module is weird, it's both the analog timekeeping and the digital thats equally slow, it kinda keeps it's own pase.. any Ideas? Oh I did have to clean out some green corrosion with a q-tip when I replaced the 370s battery otherwise I could barely see anything in the digital display, my skrewdriver is pointing to where I cleaned out the corrosion, it was under the "top" metal plate thing.

Hope someone can help.

Keep time presise and prosper

you might need to short the AC pad to re-set, some watches say this on the inside of the back....there are videos of this for several makes on YouTube, not sure if your model has one though the pictures are not close enough to see.....
