What glue for a dial face?

I have an old Citizen watch that I intend to rebuild as my next project. I have noticed the name 'Citizen' has become unstuck and is loose behind the crystal.

Could someone please let me know what glue I should be using to stick it back on and any tips? Many thanks.

safest option is epoxy, but glue the feet from the back of the dial, other option is superglue, but you have to leave it for 24 hours before you put it back into the watch, as the fumes it releases as it cures can cloud the watch crystal. If you choose superglue, go with the gel type as it's easier to control - use a toothpick to place the dot of gel, not the nozzle of the glue tube.
