Seiko 7T32-6G40 Chronograph

Recommended Posts

I picked this up a while back and the old crystal was glued in and it was pretty scratched up so I sourced a NOS Seiko crystal. The thing is it doesn't look like it takes a gasket and Boley doesn't list one for this case. So it is glued in. My question is what type of glues would work and be cost effective as this could be the only crystal that I need to do this to. The UV drying type are pretty expensive for a 1 time use but if that is pretty much the only option then so be it. Any and all suggestions welcome (even the smart ass ones)!20240109_2021492.thumb.jpg.5761f57c678a13ff94f0c19a3f7dd5fe.jpg20240109_2025532.thumb.jpg.aaba328662f8c13324bd82d2b96e9fcc.jpg

Would the loctite glass glue do the trick?20240109_2106072.thumb.jpg.f95ad75a155fd63f51f10e3515b886d8.jpg

don't see any crystal gasket listed and a lot of times yes there glued in. The UV glue works really nice but you could use five-minute epoxy.
