Eta 955.102 Quartz Watch Movement!

Hi guys, does anybody know where I can get one of these movements from please, I've look everywhere for one of these but there all saying that there obsolete? Is this true? Is there any other movement that I can use to replace this? Cheers.......

From what I can tell the 955.112 is the same apart from a date ring. Plenty on fleabay.

Good call BL, I fitted one of these in exactly the same watch a couple of years ago.

From what I remember, I didn't remove the date mechanism.  If I'm my memory hasn't served me well, it would be easily removed anyway.

Nice one geo, will I need to change the stem, or will the old one be ok in the 955.112 movement?

Again from what I remember the stem should be OK. If not, the new movement will come with a stem and all you will need to do is to cut it to size and fit the old crown.

Correct you do not have to remove date ring and the stem is the same.

Thanks guys you were right, I put the watch dial straight over the new watch movement & it fit like a dream, it's all back up & running now!
