How to remove crown/stem for movado platinum

Hi, all

I have the very old movado platinum which I bought long time ago which is out of battery. In the past I took shower while wearing the watch. Unfortunately, the steam got inside the watch and messed up the inside of the crystal. I have not used it for a very long long time. Recently I found it in the draw and I try to fix it myself. I already order new battery and I  try to remove the crown and stem, so I can take the whole thing out and clean the inside of the crystal. Does any body know how to remove the crown with the stem? There is a hole right below the stem. Am I supposed to use the small punch to push into that hole (shown with red arrow) while pulling the crown and stem out? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I can see it's an Isatronic movement, but can't read the number, looks like 167, but there's no such movement. Can you read it?

To me, it looks like 107 . I am not sure.

 

 

After searching on internet, I think it is 187 isatronic 187 quartz movement.

Either way, I would suggest you try pushing down where your arrow points to.
