Landeron 51/48 compatible modern cases

Hi, I got a bit stuck on my Landeron 51 restoration project. I can't find a modern case that is compatible with it. My main issue is not the diameter, but the angle of the pushers in relation to the stem.

I've tried some cases I got from Aliexpress:

• ST1901/2/3 works perfectly for a Valjoux 7730 and Venus 188. But the angle of the pushers in relation the stem is incompatible. 
• VK63 movement case is too small for either a Landeron, Valjoux or Venus.

Anyone had any luck in finding a modern case that fits the Landerons?
