Watch face removal

Hi, 

I'd appreciate if anyone could let me know how I would go about removing the watch face on this watch? I have a new movement that I want to install and need to attach the hands to the new movement.

In answer to you question and without better resolution in the pictures. There are two possibles, 1   the bezel is removed along with the crystal (a side view of the case from both sides would help) or   2     there is a locking ring on the inside of the case pressing the dial to the front.  This is what is known as a fashion watch, and as a result are pretty cheaply manufactured so there is always the possibility its glued in.

when requesting help its only good manners to introduce your self so members know who they are talking to and their skill levels. It avoids talking down to an experienced guy or too complex to an absolute beginner. By knowing the Poster we can pitch our answer accordingly.
