Replacement Staking Tool Stumps

Hello all, I'm looking for replacement stumps for my K&D staking set. I specifically want the roller removal and vee slot ones, but I'm having a very hard time finding them, even on eBay. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Something a bit more "hit-and-miss": flea markets.  If a vendor is selling vintage and antique watches regularly, ask him if he has any old watch tools.  You might be surprised.  I've picked up a number of my tools that way, including stumps.
