Vintage Tissot Seastar Quartz Stem Removal

Hi

Quick question. Picked up an old 1970s Tissot Seastar Quartz. Needs a clean and TLC... just wondering how I go about removing the stem?

I need to do a bit of digging as to what cal this movement is...but see photos.

Any advice received gratefully. Thanks.

Just had a look through and found a discussion on this topic from 2015... so the answer is probably in that thread. 

I am aware... because of the rather esoteric hand setting technique of these movements.... care is required to only pull the stem out from "fully in".

Seems there's a teeny tiny screw to loosen.....
