Seiko 8C22 A

I am having troubles fo find movement Seiko 8C22A. Is there any other movement, which can replace this one?

Hi  I have had a look through all my interchange docs to no avail.  What I would do is to measure the old movement and have alook at the Hattori/epson/seiko sites for one of  the appropriate dimentions.  I take it that the original movement is BER.
