Graver sharpener modification

This thing has frustrated me because when the screws is tightened, the graver cuts into the screw and torques the graver making it fidgety to get it aligned properly.

I designed and printed an insert to solve this problem.  This is Rev. B of the design.  Before I am done, there will probably be a Rev. F!!

Seems to work but has not been time tested.

Good call. I dislike mine. I think the should have a finer thread to achieve greater force as well. I may cut a wedge from brass (like yours) and cut a hole in the top for the screw to sit inside.
