So everything points to the 20208 being correct. Is this what yours looks like and how does it compare to the original. Photos as always help a lot.

Hmm, well, using the faceplate and boring with the slide rest is I would guess an order of magnitude more accurate than simply drilling or reaming. So in a watch, that makes a difference. The project I mentioned above had arbors like 0.70mm long, with large diameter parts attached, so any misalignment of the jewels would cause a large tilting error of the part.
