Buler boot

Hey this is a boot of a buler,its a baumgartner 158 movement.

Any idea how i insert the hairspring.

At the top there are 2 connections for the boot. but they are not screws. i have tried turning the boot gently but neither bit wants to budge.

Hi Gary  It should turn, try giving it a soak with penetrating oil and easeing it with fine fliers or stout tweezers but be vary careful not to over do it          cheers
