It's a Poljot 2612.1 alarm watch movement as used in a lot of Sekonda alarm watches of the 1960's - 1970's.

The case back should have a little post welded to it for the alarm hammer to hit. It's important to ensure that the case back goes on the right way otherwise it won't work.
