Hi, I would like to thank Watchmaker for the terrific response to my problem with left over Friction Spring. All would have been guesswork had I not joined this terrific Forum and received Watchmakers prompt response.

Being into mini steam engines for many years I am fascinated by the intricate gears, bearings and manufacture of quality watches. Joining this Forum has given me confidence to tackle the dead watches that lay in my drawer. Thanks again. 

I hope I have posted this thank you in the correct section of the forum.
