my watch  doing a noise when she's shake

it's not normal , she didnt doing this before

 

i think something isnt not good hold

Quite often this would happen if the rotor bearing (which is a bunch of ball bearings in a setting) gets worn or damaged and then what you are hearing is the Oscillating Weight literally banging or scraping along the watch back or movement plates.

 

My guess, without seeing a picture, would be that you need to replace the weight.
