Help with supplies please?

My father has a four-faced desk clock, made from Brass, that rotates on its pedestal.  The four faces are Clock, thermometer, clock, barometer/humidity meter.

One of the clocks does not work and I'd like to replace the mechanism with "like for like" as the other face has the same mechanism and works.  Also, I am slightly **BLEEP** and the idea of miss-matched mechanism makes my teeth itch.

I need an MQ506/MQ506B 50mm diameter, 8mm deep mechanism and I can find details of them online but not for any sellers.  Can anyone help?

Okay - THAT's not happening!  I need 1, not a bulk buy from China!

Change of plan.  This MQ506b has a 3.48mm long shaft.  I'm confused by the replacement options: if I were to buy TWO other mechanisms, what would fit the bill please?
