Hello everyone: I just serviced a Rolex 3135, it needed a new rotor post, and a mainspring barrel arbor. The watch runs great but when it is stopped it is difficult to get it going. Sometimes when I pull out the stem to set the hands the hack stops the watch and when I push the stem back in the watch will not start until I gently swing the balance. It is running at 28807 beats. Does anyone have any possible answers? Thanks: Steve

If everything has been cleaned and lubricated properly and the mainspring is healthy, it could be out of beat.

I strongly suggest that you lubricate the escapement, it's the most important part of the watch regarding timekeeping. Can I ask why you left the pallets dry?

You should lubricate the pallets, but the pallet fork pivots should always be run dry. The lubrication chart is correct.
