OD 3.32mm

ID 2.31mm

Thickness 0.58mm

I know the math doesn't quite add up, but I did take 2 measurements for each, 90 degrees apart, and averaged them.

Interested in any ways to "restore" the hard o ring, but I'm not sure if that's possible.

Probably easier just to get a new one something like this.

This one is probably closer, based on his measurements, and assuming that watch case tube is 2.5mm dia.

If o-ring is not damaged and not hardened, you can clean it, apply silicone grease and re-install it.

As for "restore" the hard o ring , my guess is that you were referring to that flat metal washer? If so, you may or may not have luck, depending on how much metal is left around the crown to lock that washer in place. Are you good at soldering?

I appreciate the suggestions.

The o ring was hardened and Cousins would have cost $13 shipped, so I ended up sanding and filing a 2mm ID, 4mm OD down to size that I had around.

The washer wasn't going to stay in place on it's own, so soldered it. I hadn't thought of that before, so thanks for mentioning it.

If this fix doesn't work out, it looks I should probably just replace the whole crown.
