Kern 400-day watch

Hello,

I bought on eBay the Kern mantle clock on the photo. First remark is that although the dial reads "Kern" the back plate has no kind of engraving to identify the brand/model of the mechanism. Is there any chance this is not original?

On another note, it seems that the clock needs repair/service as it stops beating after 10 mins. Does  anyone know repair shops in Europe for this type of clocks?

Following up, the mantel clock was advertised as Kern but when it arrived I noticed it reads Herr. Do you know if there existed such company for this type of clocks?
