Anyone familiar with this supplier?

I have an order with them outstanding since early Sept and can't get a reply via their email, website or phone.

It's either really terrible service or something is up with them.

Saw this, no reply so I'm assuming nobody knows.

I placed another order with them for a crown and did end up getting the crown, they were very slow to respond to emails or ship it. Shipping was egregious ($13 to ship a crown). I don't see myself ordering from them again. Just in case, the email they used was *****@*****.tld.
