Hi, New here but hoping I can get help with a problem I have with a Rolex GMT replica that I've owned for about 8 years. It was a custom build built for me by Jean Jacques who operates under VintageWatchParlour in Paris France. I recently sent the watch back to him for service and among other things he replaced the movement with a new DG3804B chinese GMT movement. He reassembled the watch, tested it and sent it back to me. I received it and unfortunately the second hand has separated from the movement and is loose inside the crystal. I need the movement removed, the second hand reattached and the movement reinstalled. I don't want to send it back to Paris so I was hoping someone here may be able to do this for me or walk me through the steps needed to do it myself. My big concern is removing the stem and reinserting it when finished. I know if not done correctly it can mess up the keyless and I certainly don't want that.
