NH35 Strange Traces

I need help with this patient. Dial up and dial down, the amplitude is okay, (210/224) everywhere else it is low (165 - 181). Believe it or not, it runs within 3 or 4 seconds a day wearing it at 12+ to 17+. On the time grapher in all but dial up or down, it runs very erratic at -9 To 19+. The trace is very strange, like maybe one side of the pallet fork is not always hitting or maybe a problem with a pallet stone? The Strange traces do not appear on dial up/down position.  What do you guys think? I plan to remove the balance cock and inspect the pallet stones, fork, and balance wheel / spring. The strange traces do not appear on dial up/down position.

Above edit, amplitude of 210/224 considered to be ok because watch was not fully wound but in wearing state 48 hrs after a full manual wind.

I have seen similar and it was caused by outside noise. One of my dogs growling low, fridge kicking on, a noisy fan, etc.

Is your watch bench in a very quiet place?
