Okay anything else I can use? Vinegar? I used isopropylalkohol but without luck even though it was good on the watch case for removing melted gasket. I dont have naptha. -

Hi Guys. None of mine are fit for public consumption and I don’t want putting in jail at my age. If I find a passable one I will slide it under the door. So watch this space. At least you have still got hair, Mark black or grey most of mine went AWOL Late thirties now the preverbial chrome dome. -

Hi cleaning any rubber usually takes the surface off it a bit. Try a little IPA OR NAPTHA. ( lighter fuel) -

I have pondered such a plan. The unfortunate aspect of my 3d printing is accuracy. Not so great. So if I print something that works, I am almost guaranteed that the dimensions are not what was drawn. My purpose, even if inaccurate, was just to get a feel for the fit. I will look in to these service providers, though. Bear in mind, however, that part of the joy (if not all of it) is solving this myself. Otherwise, I just go mow the lawn or split wood or some other mundane task.
