Got a new to me watch not working, not sure the issue or if it’s fixable.

Hello all, just got this watch, it’s an Apple Watch from the 90’s. Tried replacing the battery but that didn’t do the fix, is there any advice one could have about getting this thing up and running? (I have no experience with watches) any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Quartz movements are generally cheap and plentiful enough that if something goes wrong, I'd just replace the entire movement.  You can see yours is stamped ISA369.  You can buy a new one for $20.
