I ordered a donor Tissot movement (which turned out to be in way better condition than the one I bought it for to help with part) and the seller included a small movement which I cannot identify.  I have attached  some photos.  If anyone has an idea I would love to know.

The movement was seized but I have narrowed that down to corrosion on the second wheel/stem on the dial side (also included for reference). It iso otherwise 'OK'

Thanks heaps Marc... you're absolutely correct.  Makes perfect sense now.  I see the 190 and the FHF logo/insignia.  I searched and found this:

I thought the 190 was something to do with the markings above. Now soaking in CRC (WD40) on the centre wheel pinion!
