Hi All

I bought a small box of different size crown gaskets/o-rings and the are all statically charged and stuck all over each of the little compartments. Is there a way to disperse that static?  It is possible it's a thin film of lubrication making them stick, but I don't think so.

This is common. I think the plasticizers in the orings soften the plastic box and sinks into it. If you pry the orings out of the plastic, you'll see the depressions.

Thanks Hector

I should have opened the box first but I was concerned they would levitate around the room!  So, you were correct and I was wrong.  They were indeed just stuck and there are tell-tale rings left.  More evident on the large (surface area) o-rings.
