Not a silver case so not assayed. Maybe just something that the case maker put together to have recognition for his own work. Lots of old furniture makers created their own stamps, engravings or a particular feature. Most well known is Mouseman furniture, each skilled craftsman had his own personalised carved mouse. I did something similar years ago when i made some pieces, mine was my initials linked inside a relief carving of a tree.

I also used to carve a barbell on saw handles that i made ( i weight lifted in my younger days ) The American made Disston handsaws had a wheatsheaf on their's.  The first symbol on yours looks a bit like a dog actually a poodle 🐩.  Maybe the ower of the watch commisioned it as a reminder of the passing of a loved pet 🤷‍♂️.  All a guessing game but i am thinking a bespoke unique set of hallmarks.
