Universal Geneve Caliber 287 movement and pusher removal

I am working on a Universal Geneve 287 and trying to remove the movement dial side. I have been able to remove the upper pusher (2 O'clock) but cannot figure out how to remove the lower pusher @ 4 O'clock. There seems to be a small set screw, which I removed, but that did not allow the pusher to be removed. When trying to remove the movement the lower pusher appears to be attached to the movement. Any ideas?
