Elma cyclomatic winder

By any chance does anyone know of anywhere where I may get the small nylon gear wheel in the motor gearbox for the Elma cyclomatic winding machine?

mine has worn and the machine now doesn’t work correctly, I’ve touched base with Elma from their website but I’m not holding my breath and certainly don’t want to pay out £250 for a new motor or £1300 for a new machine . 
Maybe even a 3d printed one will do.

Looks like a double gear. If you want to build and 3D print this part yourself, measure it first. Then use this to model it: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2090754

Then print it out using Nylon as the filament. Molykote DX or Silicon PTFE grease should work fine as lube.

Many thanks mate. Yep that’s what I’d be doing if I had a 3d printer, looking for someone local to me to see if they will do a couple for me
