Help identifying this watch

Everyone,

I picked up this watch off of Ebay. After some effort, the movement is happily running again. However, there was no case with the delivery.

Here's what I do know:

1. The movement was labeled I. Schotten & Co.

2. A BFG Baumgartner mark was found and the movement was identified as a number 34.

3. The dial face says "Geneva Deluxe" and "Swiss Made".

I can reasonably infer that Schotten bought the movement from BFG and installed in the watch. However, I cannot find anything on the I. Shotten company. There was a "J. Schotten" at one time but it does not appear to be a mis-stamp.

I would like to find a an original case for the watch but am not sure what I'm looking for. I have a suspicion that the dial may have been "frankensteined" onto the movement.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
