Cauny Chronograph triple date Moon phase - Looking for special case pins

Hello everybody,

while trying to clean and replate my cauny chronograph gold plated case, I was a bit clamsy and lost the pins that goes in the side of the case. Attached is the watch picture for reference, a picture of one of the pins, and the case side showing the holes of these pins. Also for reference, the mvmt is Landeron 186.

Now the question, any possibility of sourcing these?
