The pivot is broken off.. You need a replacement or if you have the correct tools re pivot the wheel. -
If that's all you've got you're wasting you time with it and need to find a complete new movement. -
I managed to post a photo and creating a GIF. It looks like the pivot is short and can't properly stay in place under the bridge. Any suggestion? Thank you 🙂 Andrea
