A beautiful Longines!  One of my favorite mechanisms.  And you have a pin-set!  Mine is an 18.5 silver lever-set.

I have not yet worked on a pin-set Longines, but if it follows the pattern of other Swiss pin-sets (sometimes Longines does so) then the pin button will remain in the case when the movement is removed. I would follow this order: 1) remove stem screw and stem, 2) turn flats of case screws to the edge to allow movement to pass through the front (I'm assuming you already took off the bezel). And the movement *should* lift right out.  If not, then I would consider the tiny screw just to the right of the crown wheel in line with the pin button.  But I think the movement should come out without any other actions.
