Hello all, I am having an issue with power transmission from the mainspring barrel to the train of wheels on an AS 2066. I'll include a couple photos but basically, I can install the entire train and get it to spin freely and I can install the barrel and get it to spin freely, but I'm having trouble with the two together. If I push lightly on the mainspring barrel I see the staff/pivot of the 2nd wheel spinning in it's bushing (photo 4) but the wheel does not turn nor do any of the wheels in the train. If I only have the barrel and the 2nd wheel installed the two seem to work together. What confuses me is the way this 2nd wheel/great wheel (3rd photo) works. For this configuration, does the mainspring barrel directly power the 2nd wheel or the center wheel? If it's the center wheel then something is bad wrong with my mainspring barrel orientation because it doesn't even look close to touching the center wheel (2nd photo). Otherwise, something might be wrong with the 2nd wheel. If I use tweezers to grip the staff of the second wheel, in that gap under to the left of the wheel and right of the 2nd gear I can rotate the wheel itself, like it can turn independent of the staff. Should it?

I believe I have solved my own question. Thanks for the help y'all ? Anyway, after figuring out the pinion on the second wheel/great wheel was spinning in the bushing but the wheel itself was not, the logical conclusion was that the wheel was loose on it's staff. So, a few taps in the staking set to tighten things back up and now everything seems to be working as it should. If I push on the barrel, the second wheel spins and power is transferred through the rest of the train.
