Rishah
I bought a citizen Eco Drive watch nighthawk fb3002 53p as a project watch. It's a beautiful watch but not working properly . The watch's chronological functions are working but the hour/minute/second hand are not working . It's a very strange problem, but that also means that the battery is fine. Has anyone else faced such an issue , any help is welcome. Worst case , where can I find the replacement movement ? Thanks in advance
watchweasol
Hello Rishah and welcome to the forum. If the chrono functions are ok it could be the time side coil or a jam in the gear train. Could you open the watch and post some pictures of the movement. That way members will be able to identify the movement and point you in the right direction Thanks

Rishah
Does these help, I am assuming not, I lost my thinnest screwdriver to open the 3 screws, if I find it will try to get inside
watchweasol
Could you post a picture of the rear of the movement and the caliber / make of the movement . As it may be cheaper to replace the movement as a whole if they are available. Thanks.
Rishah
@watchweasol here are the pics, I tried to Google the cost of the B612 movement and it comes around $90, pricey
watchweasol
Hi quite pricey. If toy have a line release or demagnetiser you could remove the capacitor and try inducing a magnetic field which makes the hands move rapidly it might just be a case of a jammed or sticky gear train do it in short bursts not prolonged.
