Can't get the movement out

Got a little Narcisse trench watch and I am unable to figure out how to remove the movement.  There are no movement screws and I cannot see a retaining ring on the dial side of the watch.  I believe it will exit out through the front, but there is no way to shift anything.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks,

Ha, found a rusted case screw that you access from the back but catches the front edge of the case.  Its going in the cleaner to get the rust off.  It looked like a lump of poo stuck in there....missed it on my careful search....the first time.  LOL!
