Pliers - What is it?

Bought some watch stuff online and received these pliers in error.

No problem. 

But I am wondering what it is for.  Description is: Strap adjusting plier. A flat and a round tip.

There for bending curves, such as adjusting pocket watch bows.

That's a half round plier. It's used for wire bending. Probably used more for jewellry making. It could possibly be used for bending click springs.

These are some of the pliers I use in dentistry. We call them spring formers. This was what we used in the old days when we had to bend our own springs out of stainless steel wires to make braces.

I use them now for bending replacement contact springs for corroded ones in battery holders.
