seiko quartz

hi i have 2 seiko quartz watches and both need new crystals the codes on the backs are 6N42-00F0 and 4T57-00G0 i can usually find the right ones but am having trouble finding the codes for these watches. Can anyone help please.

Codes can possibly be found but avalability and reasonable prices are not likely.

If these are a round common ones  the best approach is to use generic crystals, otherwise polishing to perfection is another easy way.
