I have acquired a Citizen 5510-S61515 with a badly scratched/gouged crystal. I plan to replace the crystal, but am unsure whether this requires bezel removal or simply pressing out. I'd rather not risk mangling the bezel if it's not necessary or not designed to be removed. Does anyone here have experience or insight they can share on this topic? Thanks!

It seems alrights Actually, I have never worked on a more smooth movement than this one. Take a look: I'm assuming this watch was used as a donor, for the rotor specifically, and then sold with the bent random rotor as a botched attempt of repair. I'm quite sure I can make it work with the broken piece, but at the end of the day I know the "17 jewels" imprint will drive me crazy, so I'll order the blank piece to replace it. It is a surprisingly expensive watch for a Technos, so let's make the best of it.
