How remove watch face when tight?

Any  suggustions as to how to remove as  does not move.

Beginner as dont have any specials toold as the dial hands fell off and would like to could put back on or not.

Any tips as well if i get the back on and putting the hands on?

I might be a front loader, meaning you have tot take off the basel (the ring on the case around the dial).
