Lemania monopusher crown and stem

Recommended Posts

My father was a royal navy pilot and when he passed I received his old beat up lemania monopusher service watch.

It is missing a stem and crown for sure, but I am hoping that the movement itself is still in workable condition and would like to try and get it repaired if at all possible. There are no decent people in my area who I would trust with it and was hoping to get some recommendations on who might be experienced and qualified to work on this time piece.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Couple of photos below.

Thanks!

Hi,

That’s a very valuable watch. I may have a spare crown, but would take me a little while to locate it. Cousins may have spare stems.

If you plan to wear daily then I would recommend getting it serviced. If not, then replacing the stem and crown may have it running reasonably well for the odd occasion.

Roddy thanks for the advice

If you can source a replacement crown and stem I would certainly be interested in buying them.
