Dial spacer ring

I have bought a few Chinese and eta movements and notice that sometimes they come with a solid movement spacer, and other times they come with this (pictured) type of spacer that has sides and a flat section. Sometimes they fit the dial and movement, but sometimes they are just slightly too big to fit properly.

I am interested in buying solid ones. Anyone know where to buy these?????

I posted a thread asking similar not so long ago, I have been looking to buy bulk of the type in your photo, but failing to find anyone that sells such a batch without being too expensive, the cheapest I found so far is $2 each.
