Hi Everyone,

I have a Movado Museum edition watch who's dot has come loose. Any idea how to put it back or is this more of a jewelers job?

I'd expect it to have been glued in place with something like this.

Thsnk you for the suggestion. I thought about this but if you look closely you'll see that the setting where the dot sits is actually a hole thru the dial. I'm concerned that some of the adhesive will drip into the movement. Unless I would need to remove the dial from the movement and then put it on. Way more work then I anticipated lol.

Can you work some tape between the dial and movement as a backing piece?

Failing that and if you don't feel confident enough to just put the glue around the edge you're best removing the dial.

Interesting suggestion. I will try that.

Thanks!
