How to remove dial on grand Frank

Hi

Does anyone have a clue how to remove dial from the case? I need to put the sub hand on. The crystal is some kind of mineral glass and there is no glass ring. 

The hands are larger than the inner dial so im afraid of breaking them even though I cant pull out the movement when crown stem unplugged.

Looks like a front loader so you'll need to remove the bezel.

There could be a notch somewhere along this joint.

There is no notch or bezel- Its one piece of a case.

There's definitely a seam and 2 different colours of metal

It looks like that from the picture but thats just difference between polished and brushed area

So how are you supposed to remove it from the back when the hands extend over the dial ring?

I suggest you have a closer look at the seam.

You mean this seam above the lug?

Otherwise I see no gap between the bezel and case at all.

OK now I agree from this angle there doesn't appear to be a seam.

Looking at the back it seems to have been assembled and sealed so I think your only chance
is to try and break the glue on the crystal of whatever has been used in a previous fix.
