Swan Neck regulator on a Unitas 6468 in a Stowa watch

The regulation screw on the Swan Neck looks rectangular. I'm not sure if it has a slot for a screw driver. I'm new at this so any help I would appreciate. Thank you.

Some do and some don't, normally if it's the square then it doesn't.

I tried to post a picture from my iPhone JPG and it would not upload. That's it though. What do you use to turn that screw ? Is there a tool that I am unaware of ?

I filed a square notch in a pair of plastic tweezers.

I found it best to rotate 45deg from how it's shown in this picture then you can easily rotate 90deg at a time for the adjustment.
