Pin Pallet lubrication, yes or no?

Hi all 

A quick lubrication question, I hope 😉

Just started work on my first Pocket watch, it's an old no name Swiss made pin set model with a Pin Pallet escapment, do I need to lubricate the pins and teeth on the escape wheel, like with a jewelled Pallet, or is it not worth doing with a pin Pallet.

If yes, what is the best lubricant to use, the same as used with Jewelled pallets or something else.
