Hello,

I have picked up a vintage Seiko 0903-7009, but the case was missing a case back.

Now I have the watch running perfectly, but am having trouble finding a matching case back. The inner diameter of the case opening is about 30.75mm. Based on some images online the case back looks like a solid press on, not a threaded one, or th eone with a smaller hatch to access the battery.

Any suggestions where I can source this case back? Boley does not provide a case number, ebay seems to have no offers either.

Am I correct the back that says 0903-7009 does fit?

If that's the case then chances are it's not a 0903-7009.

Can you post a photo of the dial and what numbers are on the bottom and confirm that it is at least a 0903 movement.

the bottom says 0903-7009T, I never had a case back for this watch, hence I am hunting for it now. From pictures I am now sure that 0903-8079 case back won't fit, this is the one with an extra gasket and plug to change battery without removing the caseback.

So the second picture in your original post isn't your watch and back.

If you're sure it's a 0903-7009 then you need to be looking at backs that end 7009 which is the case number.
