Hi  have the Elgin 292 size 16 what I wanted to know is the setting jewel. Can it be change it if it is damaged. does it matter what the type of jewel used mean cylindecal or any type?

a mean the balance jewel can you fit a new jewel on these settings jewels, and are there any difference between the upper jewel and the Lower balance jeweI mean the settings the bush go in are they different or there the same?
